You will be responsible for directing the research and development group to be world class leaders in creating and delivering Omega-3 EPA and DHA ingredients that improve human health; developing and improving procedures, controls, methodologies and overall best practices to enhance the core capabilities and maximize efficiencies, particularly with respect to delivery technologies; acting as the public face for research innovation efforts and ensuring credibility in the scientific and client communities remains strong.
