Salary target: $75-95;000 with 15% bonus
Vacation: based on number of pertinent years of experience

SPECIFIC DUTIES:


1. Participate in protocol and data form development efforts.
2. Perform client site qualification and manage initiation and monitoring activities.
3. Conduct clinical data monitoring quality assurance.
4. Coordinate and interface with data management.
5. Develop material/tools for clinical sites and meetings.
6. Perform monitoring tasks within the budget provided.
7. Develop project specific clinical and technical expertise.
8. Adhere to the clinical standard operating procedures while providing client services.
9. Project management skills such as the ability to coordinate assignments; complete assignments within established timelines; refined and independent problem solving ability; and attention to detail.
10. Manage CEC; Medical Monitor and DSMB meetings
11. Interface effectively with client and physicians


REQUIREMENTS:

1. BA/BS preferably in a science related/health field or an RN.
2. Work experience in a relevant discipline.
3. Excellent organizational; interpersonal and communications skills.
4. Ability to work independently while generating quality project deliverables.
5. Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices.
6. Willingness to travel as project dictates. (peak times 60% - other times zero); annually think about 30%
