Director of Rehabilitation

A well-respected organization continuing to expand is looking for a Clinician with leadership skills to manage a leading skilled nursing facility.

As a Director of Rehabilitation, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing employees and overseeing day-to-day operations. 


• Attending monthly management meetings, completing monthly/quarterly reports, overseeing and assisting in developing a budget


• Writing annual staff reviews and developing skill competencies


• Assisting in the hiring process to support growth and training when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university


• Valid state license or equivalent in PT at the clinical level .


• 2+ years of practice experience desired.


• Managerial/supervisor experience required.
