Dialysis Experienced Division Biomedical Executive

The Divisional Biomedical Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the overall management of the regional dialysis biomedical department throughout the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Region.  Reporting to the Division Vice President, this position has full responsibility of the departments financials, quality, risk management, communications, and teammates.  This includes;

• Full P&L responsibility for an annual budget
• Through direct reports, overall management of teammates comprised of exempt and non-exempt Biomedical Technicians and Supervisors

We are seeking a turn-around specialist to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.  This critical leadership role requires at a minimum, a Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering, business administration, or other relevant field and 8 years of dialysis experience.  Background must demonstrate prior success in management of a similar sized budget and department with a focus on continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, ISO, or TQM.  Must be able to travel up to 75% within the local region.
