In this role as an Operations Manager, you will support the delivery of the highest quality of patient care as a key member of our Radiology team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for establishing best practices and goals that ensure optimal radiological services for all our patients. This will include establishing, administering and monitoring the patient flow process. You will be responsible for preparing work schedules and evaluating individual performance. Analyzing daily reports and tracking department statistics will be critical to your impact. Your capacity to set related benchmarks and coordinate department services with other departments will be essential.

To qualify, you must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent (Master’s degree a plus) and three to five years of progressive experience within a supervisory capacity. Certification from the New York State Department of Health in Diagnostic Radiography and current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists are also a plus. Exceptional communication skills are expected.
