Northrop Grumman Information Systems TASC is seeking an Intel Analyst/Spirals Development (CDRT/QRC) professional to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located in Ft Huachuca, AZ. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grummans Army Intelligence Master Plan (AIMP) team. Roles and Responsibilities: * Develop, and present current and future issues, concepts and requirements in support of the Capabilities Development for Rapid Transition (Formerly Spiral Development Process). * Support and creation of doctrinal, training, leadership, organization, materiel, personnel and facilities (DTLOM-PF) solutions as the Proponent Army Capabilities Integration Center, Asymmetric Warfare Division liaison and Requirements Determination Division - Integration action officer for the US Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca. * Reviewing, updating, and tracking all bi-annually CDRT Iterations, producing documentation, gathering knowledge, and providing briefings and presentations to O6 level and above Senior Leaders. Serves as the primary point of contact for the Intel center to other Army Centers, Schools, and organizations. Must be familiar with the Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System (JCIDS) and have knowledge of the Spiral Development process. * Technical support for the Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC), managed by HQDA G-2, for materiel and non-materiel solutions, support requirements development and system fielding work to satisfy indentified or emerging requirements and real time transfer of information to include researching, analyzing, and documenting current and future operational capability gaps and assessing potential solutions. Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * 15+ years experience with U.S. Army Intelligence operations and ISR systems and concepts (Strategic, Operational, and Tactical). * Strong working knowledge of the JCIDS and CDRT (spiral) development process. * Familiar with intelligence analysis and the intelligence cycle and provide combat development documentation in response to information needs levied by the Asymmetric Warfare Division at the Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC), TRADOC, and with HQDA G2 on Quick Reaction capabilities. * Excellent English oral and writing skills and executive level writing and briefing skills. * Full proficiency with the MS Office suite is required. * Experience with the Combat Developments process and DOTMLPF analysis are required. * Position requires a current TS/SCI Clearance
