RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform as Manager of the Education Department for Automotive Technology
• Assure top quality education programs and delivery systems
• Contribute toward goal of increasing student retention
• Monitor and control operating expense budget
• Provide quality tools and equipment for instructors and students as well as a safe environment
• Prepare and conduct thorough instructor and staff performance reviews
• Hire and develop instructors and support staff
• Provide enthusiastic and dynamic presentations to new students, visitors and UTI team members
• Facilitate and participate in systematic process of evaluating, recommending and following through on education changes and improvements with other campuses and Corporate Education staff.
• Actively involve other management and technical leaders in on-going communication throughout our system
• Other duties as assigned

• Three years education and training leadership at a departmental level
• Substitute previous management experience in technical area

• Bachelors Degree preferred – Business Administration or Management
