Chief of Title, Insurance & Ancillary Income

ABOUT

Our client is a private equity-owned, mortgage banking business that will be rapidly grown to a rich enterprise value wihin a few short years.  The business will ultimately be a top 10 lender and an integrated mortgage bank with multiple originaitons channels including retail, wholesale and consumer direct.  The business will also include a retained servicing platform and a variety of ancillary income operations.

OVERVIEW

The Chief of Title, Insurance & Ancillary Income will be the key alternative income resource for the business, performing the role of strategic partner in the business-decision making process while building, designing and installing processes, controls and human capital in-line with a world-class organization.  The position will focus on:

• Leading anciallary business/income strategy, development and execution that will contribute to the EBIDTA and valuation of a hyper-growth mortgage banking platform






• Assessing and developing a variety of ancillary businesses and/or income streams including, but not limited to: insurance, title, warranty, inspection, etc






• Driving the Internal Rate of Return of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Deep experience leading the anciallary business effort of a lending enterprise, or, experience as a leading title executive






• Proven ability to build a P&L including people, process and technology






• Extensive management, leadership and organizational skills






• Strong analytical, technical and strategic planning skills






• Bachelors degree
