Representatives are empowered to manage the entire sales process for each client with responsibility for identifying prospective new clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, negotiating and implementing contracts, and communicating insightful input to clients on laboratory best practices. Outside sales experience for a medical laboratory or from healthcare IT is required as is familiarity with strategic selling concepts.
