We are currently seeking a Construction Contract Administrator with 8+ years experience preferred to perform Contract Administration duties for a large, multi-year U.S. Government Design/Build project. Candidate will be responsible for working on-site with the contractor and will represent the issues for the entire design team. Individual will work with the team during design development and participate in the final documentation. The individual will ensure that design intent is met and that issues are dealt quickly and efficiently.
