This individual will support the Director, New Product Planning in developing the overall marketing and business strategies for proprietary products. This person will work closely with the R&D and commercial organizations to lead in the mid-to-late stage development and pre-launch coordination of our proprietary products. These activities will involve initiating, monitoring and analyzing financial, technological and customer needs so that market opportunities can be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity are minimized.
