Lead and manage implementation of in vivo pharmacology models for targets of interest, using translational and pharmacodynamic approaches to define PK/PD and prioritize compounds. Responsible as team leader for discovery and development phases of small molecule drug development program. Work with screening, chemistry, development, clinical and regulatory functions.
