We are looking for applications from candidates with an international research reputation. The research of the applicants may be in any area of statistical theory and methodology that reinforces the current areas of Departmental research strengths, namely: Computational Statistics, Medical Statistics, Pharmaceutical Statistics, Bayesian Statistics, Bioinformatics, Extreme Value Methods and Statistical Genetics. All candidates should also have the potential to contribute significantly to the Department's teaching portfolio and to supervise PhD students and research associates.
