Plant and lead research and development activities for specific projects. Work with process engineering to determine, develop and implement procedures and manufacturing. Service as the lead technical resource for providing technical support and direction as required in commercial product manufacturing / technical service. Select standard methods, tests or procedures in accordance with instructions as the true nature of technical problems. Write reports and give presentations to internal and external audiences both within and outside the scientific community.
