This person will report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategic direction, operations, its multi-channel sales efforts, budgeting process, financial performance, execution of the strategy, sales and marketing, staffing, training and customer service. A significant portion of this position will involve strategy and marketing development. The CEO will impart disciplines and processes to deliver growth and profitability, as well as increased customer service, satisfaction and repeat business.
