The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) organizes, assesses, implements, and maintains a nursing service that will meet the requirements of the accrediting agency, Federal and State agencies, the Medical Center and the professional community. Directs all Nursing Service Employees. Participates with the Executive Director, management, and medical staff in developing the hospital's mission, strategic plans, operational plans and policies.
