The ideal candidate will have a proven success record managing a large P & L for a private engineering group ($50M - $200M), been a CEO, President, General Manager or Regional Manager. Candidate may come from the public sector serving in the capacity of a City Manager, Public Works Director, Community Development Director of a large progressive city. However, should the candidate originate from a public sector, the candidate's experience must be complimented with significant and relevant private sector P&L experience.
