The purpose of this position is to provide exemplary scientific & strategic leadership in developing & growing drug discovery capabilities for our client. The incumbent shall provide through thought leadership, mentorship, influencing changes in bringing operational excellence and creating an environment of collaborative research driving successful programs in meeting the business and scientific objectives as approved by the Board.
