Serves as a leader and partner with the Clinical Directors in the operation of the patient care units, or system, as appropriate, including providing input into hiring of staff and the performance evaluation process. Serves as a consultant and mentor in advancing the practice of nursing. Accountable for the implementation of evidence based practice and the development of tools and pathways.
