Assess monitoring resource needs across countries. Manage CRA resources within Europe (Celgene employees and contractors). Plan and manage budgets associated to monitoring resources across countries. Interview, hire and mentor CRAs (in cooperation with CRDs/MDs, if applicable). Perform co-monitoring visits. Review protocols, monitoring plans, communication plans, escalation plans, audit plans, monitoring report templates, and CRFs (blank) as appropriate. Support the development of protocol-specific monitoring tools.
