Manages a Construction Engineering Department for an assigned project or Project Package, providing construction engineering and technical support to the project. Establishes and executes the Construction Engineering program, which includes the exchange of engineering information among the client, design engineer, and company project. Requisitions certain project materials, equipment and services. Maintains working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for a project. Performs other duties as assigned.
