Supervisor and/or direct contractors, consultants, and in-house services in the construction or remodeling of leased space and capital improvements on behalf of tenants, ourselves and property management in Miami. Assist Leasing Representative with leasehold improvements estimates and realistic move-in/commencement date. Define scope of project with request for contractor services. Prepare project budgeting, bidding, and scheduling packages for review and approval. Review construction schedule vs. industry standards for project size and finishes.
