Fast-paced and expanding family owned business is searching for a CFO/Controller with strong financial background and proven leadership experience. This is a HANDS ON position in a small but important department - you must like to roll your sleeves up and help get the work done. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical experience, ability to develop and implement growth-oriented financial strategies and desire to succeed. Job costing accounting background necessary. Minimum of 5 yrs experience as a Controller of a $5+ million organization.
