The Director, Sterilization Services reports to the VP Corporate Quality Management and is responsible for providing functional guidance, mentoring and technical support to manufacturing/quality sterilization and microbiological leaders and associates in BD. These responsibilities are performed in collaboration with business functional leaders, responsible for sterilzation process development, validation and control and compliance to FDA and other regulatory standards.
