The successful candidate will possess the ability to perform quantity takeoffs and assist in the production of cost estimates and experience on large-scale projects. Candidate must be a hard-working, self starter with the ability to use independent judgment in many tasks. Qualifications required include: a boardroom presence, entrepreneurial approach, a solution-finding attitude, good computer skills and a proven record of successful project delivery on time and within the budget.
