Accountable for development of cost and scheduling responsibilities relating to the pre-outage planning, scope development, work breakdown structure for budgeting purposes and overall outage schedule for the SMD effort to support PSEG Power. The duties include interaction with the SMD supervision and station personnel in the scoping development, assignment of resources, input to the yearly resource allocation budget process.
