You'll determine the high-level design and specification standards for the administration of new and converting Defined Benefits plans, including programming and testing of all calculation engines, data rules, and validation. You'll interpret all documents and participant data for new plans to ensure that calculation engine functionality, plan rule setup, administrative practices and processes, new data requirements, and / or system functionality are accurate and clearly defined.
