Individual is responsible for developing novel writing systems for a range of different writing instrument types. This new product development includes defining the components that deliver the ink to the substrate by designing and executing experiments, documenting and interpreting results, as well as coordinating and overseeing pilot runs to ensure new product manufacturability.
