Directs the departments technical and managerial activities in accordance with company policies to achieve corporate goals and R and D objectives. Plans and manages the activities of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient groups (API 1 and API 2) to assure that physicochemical characterization and analytical development activities pertaining to new chemical entities of interest to us are conducted in the most appropriate, innovative and efficient manor.
