Build a Clinical Operations department. Define, negotiate and manage clinical trial plans and budgets for projects. Oversee the selection of trial sites, CROs and external contractors to undertake each study. Highlight resource issues and anticipate potential areas of concern and ensure they are resolved. Oversee the negotiations on clinical contracts including those with investigators, CROs and external contractors.
