The Director of Curriculum and Assessment (C&A) will be responsible for overseeing all the work of the department, which is primarily responsible for item and test development. The director's tasks include developing proposals and test designs, creating budgets, mentoring and evaluating management staff, and identifying resources to fulfill contract requirements. This position also serves as a member of the management team for the company.
