The Director, Research and Development (R&D) will have overall responsibility for the progress, completion and content of projects, including the resource planning, management and budgeting for the department in order for it to meet set objectives. They will also contribute significantly to developing and establishing policies and procedures for the R&D function, as well as for business planning and the strategic direction of the R&D area.
