- The Director of Case Management will oversee and direct Case Management and Social Work activities to monitor quality of care, verify appropriate documentation and compliance with standards. - Provides direction and guidance to the case management and social work staff. - Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of Case Management and Social Work activities and shares findings and conclusions with other members of the executive leadership team.
