The Director Equipment R&D is responsible for defining the companies solar cell manufacturing equipment roadmap to meet corporate cost reduction targets, identifying and engaging suppliers and partners to provide tools to meet the roadmap, and developing new and equipment technologies within the company. He/She will report to the VP of Technology and Development and manage an equipment engineering team.
