You will design, and lead teams to execute and scale up, lab and field experimental suites to analyze and validate cost-effective, commercially-sized algae growth and harvest processes. You will also direct and supervise lab staff to develop and operate prototype system designs, present R&D findings and path-forward recommendations to the company's management team, support company strategic decision making as needed, and provide design input to the engineering group based upon test results and financial impacts.
