Lead the overall environmental capability for the East Texas Chemicals Group. Develop, implement and manage environmental management systems required to ensure full compliance with local, state, federal regulations as well as KPL Standards and Guidelines. Oversee preparation of all project related environmental permitting, agency reports and certifications. Identify potential environmental liabilities during the engineering design phase and develop strategies for eliminating and/or minimizing the impact of the liabilities.
