Provide technical and regulatory oversight of the air environmental compliance program (Includes permitting, production support, corporate reporting, contract management, track/implement regulatory changes, audit oversight). Support the implementation of a compliance program that will check and audit compliance throughout the refinery. Understand requirements of new and existing permits and offers consultation/training to the Operations as needed.
