The qualified candidate will manage and lead a group of 10 engineers and technicians to support a major group within the organization. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, upgrading, design, fabrication, budget, qualification and implementation of new and existing tools. They will interact directly with other company teams including: research, development engineering, sustaining engineering, facilities, information services and purchasing as required to implement the tools needed to improve the capabilities of key product lines.
