Coordinate with FPOs and provincial authorities to identify worthwhile and feasible activities. Work in conjunction with FPOs to troubleshoot program implementation issues. Identify local organizations that can be potential grantee recipients. Assist in the development of grants in conjunction with the PRTs and the LGCD/S&E Grants Manager.
