Vast knowledge of Restaurant equipment and turn-key operations of levels to include all inspection processes as well as Codes, Health Codes, ADA requirements throughout the US. Responsible for overseeing the coordination of all aspects of installation of custom stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment installation for the project. Review and approve all drawings for sophisticated projects and installations.
