Facilitate outreach and communicate effectively to improve the perception of the hospital in the community. Improve quality of care throughout the hospital and specifically in the Emergency Department and on the Medical/Surgical floor. Enhance the quality of nursing care through creative recruitment and retention strategies, while decreasing reliance on nurse registry. Continue effective management of existing and ongoing expansion and growth of hospital and its services.
