Developing and maintaining Data Management Systems and participating in functional requirements design sessions with Monsanto IT department. Understanding the business needs and effective planning, logic designing and communicating them to software development team. Coordinating the effort in building various desktop and web-based data management tools, such as LIMS, by working with multiple teams which will include bench scientists, software developers and database administrators.
