In Oncology Research you are responsible for the identification and evaluation of novel molecular targets for cancer therapy. In your role you establish cellular assay systems aiming at the validation of novel targets. As a lab head you carry responsibility for managing and guiding a group consisting of two technical assistants. You will impact drug development as a member or leader of a Drug Discovery Team and are part of a global Target Research team.
