The candidate shall have experience in highway and civil site design, including horizontal and vertical geometry, drainage, maintenance and protection of traffic, utilities, right-of-way, signing, site design and preparation of final contract plans, cost estimates and specifications. The ability to lead a project with little supervision and direct subordinates is key.
