Office responsibilities include, but are not limited to: generating estimating deliverables, ability to develop accurate conceptual cost models, understanding construction methods, productivity, equipment, systems and materials, tracking current material and labor pricing including escalation, maintain relationships with subcontractors and material vendors, make meaningful value engineering contributions, ability to reconcile estimates with other consultants and design team, generating sound documentation for scope of work assumed in estimates.
