Will be responsible for deliverables within project timelines and budgets, manage expectations and develop the direction for project completion within engineering section, evaluate and develop staff, improving standard operational procedures, providing technical leadership, develop presentations of concepts and process for clients. Challenge is to improve overall quality of projects and decrease completion timeframes.
