Job Description:

The initial work will be on a 400mm hospital. The candidate should come from a Mechanical Group (subcontractor) proficient in HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire-protection, etc. Must know Timberline and be from the area. Will be very involved in Pre-Construction and Business Development. Strong base (could be good, six-figure number), excellent bonus/benefits structure.
