The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of veterinary care, client education, and most productive veterinary medical teams through training and mentoring of the veterinary medical teams. The Medical Director partners with the Field Director, Operations Team, Chiefs of Staff and Veterinarians to operate effective and productive veterinary medical teams, advocate for Pets, educate clients on all aspects of Pet health, ensure safe and effective hospital environments, and improve both the medical quality and business performance of the hospital.
