Actively pursue and undertake geotechnical and hydrological work. Provide recommendations for mining and development designs including but not limited to mining method, location, dimensions, excavation sequence, and ground support. Develop an understanding of the reactions of the physical setting to mining and associated activities that facilitates decision making and allows for realization of the maximum value of the resource.
