As a Principal Engineer, R&D, Advanced Technology you will be responsible for leading the new technology development efforts for BD's next generation hypodermic medication preparation and delivery devices. Working in a cross-functional environment, you will provide leadership and advanced engineering skills to identify, break down and solve complex problems, and provide technical direction to others. Using these advanced technical skills, you will conceive, plan and lead technical development activities from concept through successful commercialization.
